Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from within the app at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I hit my photo limit?
You won't be able to attach new photos until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel or switch at any time through your Shopify admin.
How does history retention work?
Photos are stored for the number of days included in your plan. After that period, they are automatically archived.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. All plans are currently billed every 30 days through Shopify.
