SnapPack is a service owned and operated by MTS DESIGNS, LLC ("SnapPack," "we," "our," or "us"). MTS DESIGNS, LLC is the legal business responsible for SnapPack and its messaging program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us and information that is automatically collected when you use our services:

• Store information from your Shopify account
• Order data necessary for fulfillment photo services
• Product information for photo archiving
• Customer information required for order fulfillment, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers when used for notifications
• Usage data and analytics to improve our services
• Communication preferences and support interactions

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing fulfillment photo services for your orders
• Managing photo archives and storage
• Processing billing and subscription management
• Sending email, SMS, and/or MMS notifications related to fulfillment photos, when enabled by the merchant
• Providing customer support
• Analyzing usage to improve our services
• Complying with legal obligations

4. SMS and MMS Notifications

Merchants may optionally enable SMS and/or MMS notifications to send fulfillment photo messages to their customers. When this feature is enabled, we may process customer phone numbers and related order information solely to deliver those transactional messages on the merchant's behalf, including through third-party messaging providers used only for message delivery.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share users' mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and opt-in/consent data are used only to send the requested fulfillment notification messages and to operate the messaging program. Sharing with messaging providers (such as Twilio) is limited to delivering those messages and is not for marketing or promotional use by those providers or any affiliates.

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that their customers have provided all required consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages before enabling or using this feature, and for complying with applicable messaging, telemarketing, and privacy laws (including any applicable opt-in, disclosure, and opt-out requirements). SnapPack does not obtain consent from end customers on a merchant's behalf.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to one message per fulfilled order when text notifications are enabled for that merchant. Message and data rates may apply. Customers who receive messages can opt out by replying STOP (where supported) and should contact the merchant for questions about messaging consent. Reply HELP for help where supported.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent (this does not include sharing mobile numbers or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes)
• To service providers who assist in our operations (under strict confidentiality agreements), including messaging providers used solely to deliver SMS/MMS notifications — not for their own marketing or promotional purposes
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer or acquisition

Notwithstanding the above, we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share users' mobile numbers with third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure data transmission, and regular security audits.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. When you uninstall our app, we will delete or anonymize your data according to our data retention policy and applicable laws.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
